- 3Send a small depositI’ll send you payment options. The deposit goes toward your final total.
- 4Get your confirmationOnce the deposit arrives, you’ll receive a confirmation and a checklist with the details of your evening.
- 5I arrive and set upAbout 1½ to 2 hours before dinner. I bring everything I need and only ask for counter space, a working oven and range, and a table and chairs.
- 6I prep, cook, serve and cleanYour kitchen is left clean at the end of the night.
- 7Settle the final balancePay at the end of the evening using one of the options in your checklist.
