Lock in your date
You do not need to have a guest count or menu ready until about a week prior to your dinner. You do need to reserve your date before someone else takes it
Full Service
You will have your dining table set with a restaurant-worthy setting from Mattia's large collection of beautiful plateware and more.
There is usually a 6-day minimum to get you sourced for your dinner.
Do NOT delay if you find a date available and there are only a few days left to get you set up.
Please only inquire if you are looking for an experience, not a bargain.
You will receive exact per-person pricing - no guessing the final cost
All menus are current and always found on the menu page.
I only offer my own selection of menus, just like you would expect at a restaurant.
Reservations are first come-first served with a deposit

I will arrive at your house approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours before the start of your dinner
I'll bring everything I need, and only ask for counter space, a properly working oven range + table & chairs.
I’ll prep, cook, serve, and clean up your kitchen
Use one of the options that I will provide in the checklist to pay me the final due at the end of the event
