You are welcome to experience the highest quality in-home dining around, Where I will always be your chef - no substitute chefs ever!

I have worked for decades with the best of local farmers, ranchers, and fishers available to our area, and I am excited to offer a cuisine that has been refined and honed over the many decades that I have worked in restaurant kitchens and as a private chef in Santa Barbara, Southern California, and Europe.

You will find a boutique version of selected menus that changes throughout the year, but you will not find the everything approach with a laundry list of cuisines to choose from. 

Your table comes with hand-selected plateware, glassware cloth napkins, and decor.



Swedish born and bred, living in Santa Barbara CA since 1991, Influenced by two amazing cooks in my mother and grandmother.

First apprentice job was at a German restaurant in Sweden at age 12, first kitchen job at age 15, first coming to the US on my own at age 17, Swedish military at age 19, first US kitchen job at age 21.

18 years in restaurant kitchens, 10 years as a private chef.

Inspired by Scandinavian - Japanese cooking, clean design and architecture.

Hobbies - woodworking, music production.
